Description: Midwest IPA with Amarillo, Citra, CTZ, and Simcoe hops. A beer celebrating friendship and the way different personalities come together to form something better. Hey Flap! is an IPA that is different than our usual, blending the different personalities of our typical New England IPAs with a more West Coast approach to create something in the middle. We took a simple, very West Coast grain bill and hopped it somewhere between the two styles. More bitter than our usual, but still saturated with hop flavor. A unique IPA experience to celebrate unique friendships!
