Description: Before Dr. Beeching closed down the railways, the regular steam train that called at Steyning and Bramber was the Steyning Flyer, it was more affectionately known by the locals as the Steyning Stinker! We have used smoked and chocolate malts to achieve a distinctive smoky flavour. The hops used give the beer a slight fruity / spicy edge to compliment the earthy and smoked flavour from the grain.
