Description: Our lambic beers are fermented by exposure to the untamed yeasts and bacteria that are native to our Brewery. We affectionately call this unrestrained, wild amalgamation our House Funk and Ville De Rivere Geuze is the outcome of a thoughtful, hands on blending of our young, one year old and mature, three year old sour lambic beers. Following the blending process, the beer is then allowed to mature in the bottle for up to six months and the result is a beautifully, balanced dry, musty, cider, vinous, sour ale that will continue to develop in the bottle for years to come. Malt: 2-Row, Rolled Oats, White Wheat Hops: Bravo ABV: 6.2% IBU: 8 SRM: 5 Available When Ready, typically around November
