Description: This Yinzer Weisse is our interpretation of a traditional German Berliner Weisse. It is a sour, hazy white beer, brewed with a combination of barley and wheat malts. The sourness comes from the process of sour mashing, the act of leaving our mash in the kettle over night to allow natural lactic acid to form.
