Description: We cranked it to 11 to create an aggressively hopped, flawlessly balanced and dangerously smooth Imperial IPA. Rockhopper opens up with vivid grapefruit and tangerine American hop aromas, courtesy of liberal dry hopping with Amarillo, Falconers Flight, and Simcoe. Undertones of stone fruit are revealed upon first sip, followed by the essence of mango and pineapple. A strong pale and crystal malt backbone brings balance and drinkablity to such a high hop intensity.
