Description: This assertively tart wine-beer hybrid began with 16-month-old sour beer from our foeder, which was then aged on 216 pounds of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc grapes in a freshly dumped La Crema Pinot Noir wine barrel. Three months later we removed the beer from the pomace and allowed it to age for another 8 months, before packaging and bottle conditioning. A collaboration with Perfect Brewing Supply.
