Description: This Yard House exclusive barrel-aged project is a result of over a year of patience and dedication to the brewing process. Brewed to celebrate 19 years of craft brewing collaborations between Yard House and Rogue Ales & Spirits, this India Pale Ale was first steeped with real Alaskan spruce tips producing a uniquely spiced and hoppy body, complimented by the sweetness of the spruce tips in the finish. After brewing, a small portion of this batch was then aged for seven months in Chehalem Winery Pinot Noir oak barrels allowing the exquisitely delicate nuances of French oak to set in. The result is a rare and exclusive IPA brewed in Newport, Oregon, steeped in Alaskan spruce tips, aged in French oak barrels and enjoyed by all.
