Description: A bigger version of the pumpkin ales served at Rohrbach’s in the past, Imperial Pumpkin Spice was brewed with 3 lbs per barrel of pumpkin. With large boil additions of lactose sugar, brown sugar, and a blend of ginger, cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg spices, the result is a complex and tantalizing pumpkin pie brew with an amber hue and a whipped-cream head. The warming sensation brought upon the imbiber is a result of the spices and higher ABV!
