Description: This seasonal dunkelweizen is made with our artisanal water, wheat, caripils barley, fresh hops and yeast. Just before brewing, we hand-pick our farm grown hops. We add the fresh wet hops at the end of the brew process to give it a grassy, herbal note. In the glass, it has a creamy, malty head and rich brunette color.
