Description: The National Honey Board graciously invited Round Town to brew this beer in hopes of raising awareness about the current threat posed to Earth's precious honey bees. It was brewed with a single origin raspberry honey, which means the bees that produced the honey were in raspberry fields prior to doing so, which resulted in subtle notes of natural raspberry flavor in the honey itself, creating a beautiful marriage between the honey and the beer. Imagine dipping a piece of dark chocolate in tasty natural honey with the slightest hint of raspberry, and you have the flavor profile of Sherlock's Porter. Why Sherlock, you ask? Fun fact: Sherlock Holmes was a bee keeper during his retirement. We like to think that if one of the greatest fictional English characters of all time brewed arguably the most classic English style of all time, it would taste like Round Town's "Sherlock's Porter".
