Description: Same base as our Rock Duster Quad, but aged on dried sour cherries after the initial fermentation was completed. The cherries give this beer a very unique character, almost “cherry pie” like in both flavor and aroma, but not sweet. Surprisingly the sour cherries actually help balance the sweetness towards the drier side, when compared to the base Quad. The cherries will become even more pronounced as the beer warms, if you can save it in your glass long enough….
