Description: Golden Ale aged in used wine barrels for 8 to 12 months with Brett and bacteria. After the barrel aging we transfer the beer onto approximately one pound of pluots per gallon of beer, this takes about 3 to 4 months. From here the beer is transferred off the fruit and eventually kegged. A pluot is a cross between a plum and an apricot, pluots are derived from plumcots, a fruit bred by Luther Burbank. ABV 7.5 OG 1.061
