Description: It may be difficult to believe now but the Santa Clara Valley was home to orchards as far as the eye could see. Agriculture was the dominant industry and Santa Clara Valley orchards produced pruned, plums, apricots, cherries, and pears for the world market. Our Little Orchard Saison is inspired by this former way of life. A classic Belgian-style saison, Little Orchard has hints of stone fruit notes balanced by a light, yeast driven peppery character. A dry finish, combined with a prickly carbonation, results in a refreshing ale.
