Description: Hipster Union IPA is built to handle the cold, bracing winds that come off the Sangre de Cristo’s and swirl around the patio of our tasting room every year as Fall approaches and days get shorter, bringing the smell of pine and red dirt with it. Pushing pine resin and grapefruit peel aroma and flavor, with enough spicy and chocolatey malt character to support, it’s meant to be a stark change from our bright and lighter Summer IPA. Could also be called a Double Red, as it is balanced toward hop character but has plenty of malt backbone.
