Description: We knew when we brewed Amarillo by Day that we were going to take half of the batch and add Peixoto's Yellow Catucai coffee post fermentation. The result is Amarillo by Morning. The Yellow beans used in the beer impart a beautiful light roasted flavor with a hint of chocolate and hazelnut with only adding just a small amount of color. It looks and drinks like an IPA with added depth from the coffee beans.
