Description: Pale Sour Ale Aged in Wine Barrels with Raspberries and Merlot Grapes Added To create this beer we added a particularly raspberry-forward Merlot grape must to a young sour beer along with raspberries. Finally we blended in older sour beers for additional oakiness. The combination is vibrant in terms of flavor, aroma, even color. We'd suggest drinking it soon if you want to really enjoy the raspberry, or cellaring if you'd prefer the winegrapes to be more prominent.
