Description: Pale Sour Ale Aged in Port Barrels with Rhubarb Added Bottle Release 10/9/21 - $16 Rhubarb is a weed, but at least it’s a tasty weed! Culinarily, too often it lives in the shadow of strawberries, but it deserves to be in the spotlight once in a while! We selected two tart pale sours both aged for more than a year in port-barrels to showcase the subtle green apple and berry fruitiness of fresh rhubarb stalks.
