Description: Sour Ale with Lemon Juice and Lemon Zest Can Release 7/15 - $20/4-pack We used more than 1,000 fresh lemons in this 200 gallon batch! We made our own oleo saccharum by macerating the zest with sugar, pulling out the aromatic lemon oils. Then we blended this with a sour beer and fresh lemon juice to make a beer that tastes more like lemonade than most lemonades taste like lemonade!
