Description: Our Blackberry Sec mead is vinous, dry, and earthy with potent blackberry aromatics. Like many great wines but unlike most meads, our Blackberry Sec has undergone a malolactic fermentation to soften the acidity in balance with the lowered residual sugar content. The result is a uniquely dry yet fruit focused melomel. This dry mead pairs exceptionally well with duck or a steak cooked rare. Batch #01 Release Date: 03-08-2014
