Description: Once upon a time….all good stories start out that way, right?! Here’s the beginning of our sour barrel stories. A few of our Pinot Noir wine barrels brought in from J Vineyards & Winery from the Russian River Valley of California, were filled with 2014 French Merchant Saison and aged with Brettanomyces (Brett) yeast and raspberries from Woodstock’s McCann’s Berry Farm. This dry, pinkish-orange hued beer is very complex with notes of tart raspberry, funky Brett, and oak character. Let the taste journey begin!
