Description: This is our unfruited lambic style beer and is brewed using Pilsner Malt, Unmalted Wheat and Virginia Hops that are aged for 3 years. The lambic is then fermented and aged for 12 months in Virginia Meritage and Chambourcin Wine barrels from Pollock Vineyards. The complex wine aromas are complemented by earthy flavors from the wild yeast fermentation.
