Description: Oude Fermier is the best of our best. When select barrels of Saison du Fermier are showing concise traits and a rich life, we earmark these oak vessels for extended aging to produce an exceptionally limited Saison with deep layers of complexity and soft, rounded oak nuances to either be released as Oude Fermier or blended into Tête de Cuvée. Oude Fermier Vintage 2019 was aged in Sauvignon Blanc barrels and is vintage dated as the youngest thread of this blend.
