Description: Missouri Wild Ale aged on Raspberry and Grape Pomace. Reflections represents our small batch, experimental run of MIssouri Saisons and Wild Ales in which we age the beer in barrels that have had exemplary lives or un-rinsed fruited barrels for a softer, more subtle fruit expression - which is Reflected in the final beer and blend. This blend was bottle conditioned for more than a year after resting in oak barrels which held raspberry and Chambourcin pummace. Released 7/14/2020.
