Description: Unblended #41 is a single barrel of a Barrel-Fermented and aged Missouri Wild Ale that showcased characteristics that were too beautiful to lose in a blend. This Missouri Wild Ale was brewed with Pilsner and Wheat Malt and racked into a seasoned Chardonnay barrel (Barrel #41) on November 30th of 2016 with our native cultures and then allowed it to age until it showcased noted of over-ripened melon, papaya and passionfruit, then finished with a round Side Project acidity. Bottled May 15th of 2019
