Description: Based on our killer Apocalypto Strong Brown Ale, this beer is brewed with over 75 pounds of Mexican piloncillo sugar, cocoa nibs, poblano and jalapeno peppers (yup peppers!). This big brown brew is medium in body and highly flavorful with abundant notes of chocolate, dark rum, and mexi-peppers. This beer has been aged on tum soaked white oak chips and cocoa nibs for 10 months.
