Not keen on the prospect of a day off, our brewers immediately checked our malt stocks and raided the hop store, and pulled out an IPA recipe they’d been saving for a sunny day. Fresh Summit, Comet, Summer, Amarillo and Citra shine here in a summer special. 8% ABV.
