Description: Collaboration IPA with Valholl, Slaughter County, and Der Blokken Breweries. Valholl made a version, and Slaughter County made one for the Kitsap Peninsula's Hopstock Festival. Hopefully next year we'll get more brewers involved. We did ours as a belgian IPA with hops and recipe from Valholl and yeast from Der Blokken. Super tasty northwest hopping (citra and simcoe) on top of spicy belgian esters.
