Description: A Blend of Golden Sour Beers Aged in Oak Barrels With Cashmere and Mosaic Hops. The original Orange Whisper was inspired by a few of the first barrels in our cellar that exhibited distinct orange aromas. To re-imagine this beer two years later, we turned to a Norwegian yeast strain that is known to develop orange notes when fermenting. We finished the beer using our other house strains and then dry hopped it using two of the orangiest hops we could find. The result is Orange Whisper: a beer which contains no oranges!
