Description: The name for this beer has been in Brewmaster David Yarrington’s back pocket for years. Right before doing a lecture at University of New Hampshire, a student told Dave that he better have brought “Finkelstein” with him. Over the years, the name of Smuttynose’s Finestkind IPA has been butchered in a number of ways but this took the cake. So, when we decided to make a super hoppy lager, the beer had its name out of the gate. As for the beer, this lager features Motueka hops from New Zealand that are known for their lemon lime and tropical notes. This beer is bright, fruity, and, thanks to our lager yeast and lager-brewing know-how, super clean and refined. We hope you’ll think that Finkelstein is the finestkind. Ayuh.
