Description: The first release in the ongoing series of farmhouse beers, Grisette is country table ale that, historically, was served to the miners of Hainaut province of Southern Belgium. “Grisette” translates to “little gray” and while the provenance of the term is a little cloudy, we’re willing to bet that those miners looked a “little gray” after a long day digging coal and stone out of the ground. And what better brew to have sated their thirst than a light bodied, dry, saison-like ale. Luckily, you won’t have to spend a day toiling in the dark to enjoy our version.
