Description: We’re pretty excited about our latest collaboration project, SmuttWater, that partnered us with Mr. Brian Strumke of Stillwater Artisanal. Known for his updated styles of traditional old world ales, we figured it’d only make sense to riff on that for this Smuttlabs Joint. We once again blended our house saison yeast with Brett Drei, resulting in a delightfully aromatic beer with a complex palate of bright, tropical fruit and a touch of Brett that is hugely drinkable. Citra, Motueka, Simcoe and Amarillo hops, like Smuttlabs and Stillwater, are the pretty outstanding partners in crime, giving this old school style a very new school hop profile. You like the funk? We like the funk.
