Description: This Sockeye specialty brew is loaded with fruit and wild yeast strains, creating a refreshing, tart and tropical experience. Brewed with pilsner and wheat malts, balanced perfectly with liberty hops, and fermented along with over 200lbs of apricots from our locally sourced Williamson Orchards, it is a titillating flavor festivity. Once in the tank, we pitched wild yeast, the likes of Brettanomyces, Pediococcus and Lactobacillus, to coil and merge the ingredients. The resulting experience is refreshing, light bodied and highly pleasurable. Aromas of tart fruits come through to the nose and flow over taste buds as flavors enter the realm of the American Sour.
