Description: Our latest signature, juicy, Imperial NEIPA is a showcase for one of the most popular New Zealand hop varietals, Nelson Sauvin. Named after a white wine grape that shares similar aromas and flavors, this fruity Southern Hemisphere hop also makes its presence known with hints of juicy strawberries, gooseberry, fresh pine, lemon zest, and peach. We used a large portion of flaked oats and wheat in the mash to give this one a super soft, mellow mouthfeel and kept the hop bitterness in check to let the fruity, piney hop aromas and flavors take center stage.
