Description: Strawberry Kiwi Banana Milkshake IPA | 7.8% ABV | . Imperial Milkshake IPA conditioned of strawberry, kiwi, banana, vanilla, & milk sugar. . HAZY | FRUITY | VANILLA . This hazy brew is loaded with protein rich flaked oats and wheat along with a touch of milk sugar to give it a super soft, pillowy mouthfeel. . The bulk of the hops were added post-boil and in the fermenter to lend their fruity aromas and flavors and juicy character as opposed to hop bitterness. . We conditioned this one on strawberry, kiwi, and banana post fermentation to complement the aromatics we were already getting from a carefully selected hop blend. We also added vanilla to enhance the creamy “milkshake” character of this easy drinking, medium bodied brew. . We get notes of fresh strawberry, banana, kiwi, vanilla, oats, and lots of fruity hop character (mixed berries, stone fruit, citrus).
