The acidity is crisp and balanced with a hint of sweetness which fades to a light tannin mouthfeel and a lingering flavor of apples. The cider is designed to appeal to beer drinkers. If you like a kolsch or witbier then you will probably like this cider. It has also been compared to white wines like champagne and chardonnay. We use only apples and yeast in Iðunn's Apples. It has no sulfites, preservatives, or other chemicals and is naturally gluten free.
