Description: Next up in our quest to wring hops for all they’re worth is a beer were calling DIPA Test #2 for now. We have learned an incredible amount about the interplay of hops, hop formats, yeast, malt and water chemistry in the last two years that differs greatly from what the textbooks of the past have to say. Needless to say this beer pushes some thresholds. Some may decry it’s existence but we’re ok with that. Incredibly saturated yet delicately soft at 8.0% ABV. A soft honey glow haze with a plethora of tropical stickiness and citrus, the same but much different, this is a super small pilot batch, no growlers, draft only, but rest assured there is more coming. #complacenykills #dipa #southcountyliving #beeradvocate #andycrouch
