Description: With tons of plum and Belgian monastery yeast esters, our Grand Cru was brewed with Special B malt and Dark Belgian Candi Sugar. This Dark Belgian Strong Ale went through a primary fermentation in Stainless Steel, and was then aged in Belle Meade Bourbon barrels for 3 months. It is smooth, light, and way too easy to drink!
