Description: Belgian style saison aged in Chemist Spirits barrel rested gin barrels for one year, then aged on strawberries, hibiscus, rose hips, lemongrass, ginger, and black pepper. Expect lots of flavor and depth but remains quite balanced with no flavor dominating the other. Notes of sweet jammy berries, bluming flora, woodsy/vanilla oak, light gin botanicals, and rounded out by nice spice warmth. Made to be enjoyed with friends and loved ones... Salud.
