Description: In the spirit of the craft brewing community, we partnered with two local home brew clubs: the Fredericksburg Brewing Insiders and the Stafford Brewers Club to create this recipe. We took a traditional Wit recipe and turned it on its head, utilizing Rye for added spiciness and a new hop variety, Azacca, to bring our complimentary tropical flavors. Orange zest and Coriander contribute bright citrus, while the hops bring notes of pineapple, melon, and tart lemon.
