Description: A richly textured, complex beer with a large grainy and bready flavor. High alcohol and viscosity may be visible in “legs” (ability of alcohol to hang up on the sides of the glass) when swirling the beer. Some moderate fruitiness from the yeast, hops, and aging (contributes vinous qualities) will be present along with low carbonation and a medium to full body. The high alcohol will be smooth and will provide a gentle warming sensation. This beer will age very well and will become more complex and luscious, grab a 750ml bottle for your personal cellar!
