Description: Delicately sour, Malus is a blend of carefully selected barrels that have aged for a year before a heaping portion of crabapples from our own backyard were added along with locally grown plums and blackberries. This beer then aged another 6 months giving the wild yeasts from the fruit full time to develop. We suggest trying this traditional style wild sour at room temperature.
