Description: A copper coloured smooth beer with a hint of cinnamon and juniper. Formerly known as Cromwell's Hat. Seasonal beer for November and December. The beer is brewed with Maris Otter Pale and Dark Crystal malts, Northdown hops,Nottingham Ale yeast, and a winter warming mix of cinnamon and juniper. It was originally brewed at 6% abv but was reduced in strength to encourage Christmas shopping, not snoozing.
