Description: We present the Scott Alan Daddy, a Vienna Style Ale in memory of our Uncle Scott. Donald and I brewed three different beers for our wedding back in 2011, this recipe being one of them. Scott absolutely loved this beer, so we brewed this recipe for the first time since our wedding to remember him. Making this beer even more special, his two children, Sara and Andrew, assisted in the brewing of it. It's malty and toasty with a clean finish and comes in around 5.5% ABV.
