Description: Introducing the "One Trick Pony" series. The "One Trick Pony" series is comprised of different session IPA's made exclusively with one hop. For the first installment of this series we bring you an ale hopped only with Chinook. This hop has been a staple in many of the beers we offer here at Stable 12 and we wanted to give a proper homage to all the gloriousness that is the Chinook hop. Built with Pale Malt, Munich Malt, Flaked Wheat, Flaked Oats and bittered, flavored, and dry hopped with Chinook. Sitting at 5.3% a.b.v. and 40 IBU's, this is only the beginning of many tasty things to come from this series!
