The result of his exciting combination of seven malts and fresh raspberries is a pleasurably smooth beer with intriguing complexity. Raspberry Stout is licorice-black with a rather modest head of toffee color. Aroma has roasted tones and rich maltiness, hints of chocolate and piquant berries. Full-bodied mouthfeel.
