Description: This collaboration with Trim Tab Brewing of Birmingham, AL, is a session summer pale ale brewed with Belgian yeast and features the single hop variety Calypso. Calypso is an aroma hop with nice fruity flavor and smooth bitterness. We also have used honey in the boil, which will compliment the aroma and flavor from the hops. We also used honey malt in this beer to give a little residual honey-like sweetness.
