Description: A Belgian take on our Big Cranky Double IPA. We add fresh Blood Orange Juice, and then sour the wort. It is fermented with our house Saison Yeast Strain, lending spiciness and a lush texture. In the end you get an aggressive, west coast IIPA with a refreshingly tart dry finish. The citrus and floral hops are perfectly complimented by the fresh blood orange flavor and aroma.
