Description: In central Jamaica, there’s a place called “Stony Hill”. Sorrel (Jamaican Red Hibiscus) grows wild throughout Granny Clara’s property. She uses these flowers to make Sorrel Drink for her family. It grows year round, so there are always small batches at the ready. Sorrel Gose is our tribute Granny Clara’s family treat. We add coriander, fresh ginger, pacific sea salt, and Jamaican Sorrel flowers. The result is a refreshing, slightly tart, deeply pink brew with subtle salt and coriander notes.
