Description: This is our traditional Fat Dog Stout aged in freshly emptied Costa Rican dark rum barrels for 18 months. This maturation process mellowed our many of the roasted characteristics of the Fat Dog, and added some new flavors including some booziness from the rum, oack characteristics, and added some slightly sweet complexity to the existing malt flavors.
