Description: Uncle Jam's Tale #2 comes in complete contrast to it's precursor. Here we have an American Stout set to manifest the true nature of this series: Surprise! Black as it takes, this beer doesn't show it's roasty character at first. The aroma is a nice blend of mocha coffee and dark ripe fruits, with the presence of alcohol hidden well. As you take the first sip, the American hops dominate the arrival but soon enough the flavor is transformed into some bittersweet coffee with a sence of blueberries and cherries all around. Drink this beer and drink it again. Observe it's evolution through time, watch it's hoppy character slowly fade, allowing a sweeter and more chocolate-ish taste to come through!
